The Royal Pets Web App Design

The Royal Pets needed an ordering and booking experience that worked like an app, covering thousands of products across every pet type plus grooming, boarding and pet relocation services, without requiring a separate app store install for every customer.

We designed the web app around a progressive web app build, installable directly from the browser, covering the full shopping experience (browsing by pet type, product categories, cart and checkout with M-Pesa and card payment) alongside booking flows for grooming, boarding, and local or international pet relocation.
